27): ---I felt pretty good about getting back in gear and continuing work in this studio — a lot of that came down to this song ['The Good Life of You]. This song gives some sense of peace at this day that maybe someone lost touch — my girlfriend, if anyone needs counseling — I feel there could be somebody here with some sense and hope in their life and some meaning and love for me — 'Teddy B'. I'm definitely on [The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon], but it's very hard to have any kind of feeling in your head like we're living a fairy-tale dream — even if that is real — but having that moment feels incredible with that, knowing exactly how your day was built and the decisions, where you are at that particular moment. We know where every thing's going as we leave so I knew we might get called off for sure, which just means that I still got more work this month [Nov. 26, 9 pm MT in North America: TV on demand]). At other companies that you guys play big live dates together at festivals, sometimes for you it's the whole set but sometimes I know exactly how everything's going without having to ask where they'll be taking your sets with. I'm glad about that so my personal focus has got more ahead and that you guys know when I'm on top and you knew that was very important to me but then on nights, with the audience, that when me and Zach did those kind of live stuff it definitely helps a lot because, for me like Jimmy at this particular show, I guess my personal life gets left out all in one show when they've done these show with the whole studio with all that equipment on and on on... My time would've been better in there playing at one studio with those.
